Vill Vill Vest International Exchange is a networking event where a group of Norwegian international professionals in the music industry are invited to a pan-european networking program from 5th to 8th of November, in beautiful Bergen, Norway.

What is International Exchange?

The program consists of various events including: round table talks, social mixers, concerts and networking events. In addition to attending the conference and numerous concerts, there will be organized visits to important and relevant institutions in Bergen, and a fun delegate excursion!

About Vill Vill Vest

Vill Vill Vest is a showcase music festival that takes place every autumn in Bergen, Norway. It consists of both an extensive conference program and a music festival. In its nine years of existence it has established itself as one of Norway’s most important music arenas for up-and-coming artists, and in 2025 we celebrate the 10th festival! Vill Vill Vest facilitates Norwegian music as an international export product as well as amazing musical experiences for both the industry, visiting audiences and the musicians themselves!

Short overview of program:

• Wednesday 5th of November (arrival in Bergen) - social gathering in the evening

• Thursday 6th of November: introductory-round, attending conference, concerts, and group activities

• Friday 7th of November: attending conference, concerts and group activities and networking events

• Saturday 8th of November: concerts, group activities, networking events and afterparty!

• Sunday 9th of November (departure from Bergen)

Requirements:

• Have an idea of what you are looking to get out of the program and prepare a small pitch that will be presented for the International Exchange group.

• Attending the obligatory parts of the program (Thur 6th, Fri 7th and Sat 8th): attending the mandatory parts of the program such as conference program, group activities, and networking activities. We will make a program for the participants of this program and you will get your own contact person from the festival that will guide you throught the whole weekend.

• One mandatory digital meeting before the festival where we will do introductory rounds and a small presentation about the festival and the program.

• Fill out a short evaluation form and after the festival.

• All participants must have an interest in participating in the program and creating new relations (not only nurturing already established networks).
